"Our children" Temporary Installation and performance

Following the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, Ukrainian artist Victoria Sirooka, in partnership with the City of Metz and the ELU Association, created a temporary public artwork on the Parvis des Droits de l’Homme in front of the Centre Pompidou-Metz.

The installation of painted silhouettes honored the memory of Ukrainian children affected by the war and served as a powerful reminder of the price Ukraine has paid — and continues to pay — for freedom and shared human values.
